Bounce Academy
This AT HOME 9-Week program is designed to improve an athlete’s overall vertical. This Stay Ready Performance program is designed to include a mix between set repetition and max interval training that focuses on increasing an athlete’s fitness level, lower & upper body strength, core strength, speed & agility, and above all, improving their vertical jump.
5-Week Mental Agility Training — Workbook
A whole athlete understands the balance necessary between their body and their mental abilities. This program helps train student (and professional) athletes to be more agile in their thinking and comprehension. Coach Staff has formulated this 5-Week program to introduce athletes to several concepts and exercises that can be implemented on their own.
